As you gaze upon the golden liquid, you are drawn in, much like the fruit of the forbidden tree—"pleasant to the eyes" and dangerously alluring. A delicate foam rises to the surface, curling and retreating, as though a serpent itself were slipping through the branches. The gentle head fades, leaving behind a trail of soft, enticing bubbles that cling to the glass, inviting you closer. The choice lies before you: knowledge or life? Lift the glass to your lips, and the aroma beckons—crisp apples carried on a cool autumn breeze. There’s a promise in the scent, one that whispers of hidden truths and untold delights. Surely, just one taste won't hurt? The first sip unlocks a bright, almost citrus note, dancing across your tongue and stirring your senses awake. Eyes wide open now, you're fully engaged, and as you drink deeper, a burst of sweetness rounds out the experience, balancing the tartness in perfect harmony. The finish returns to where it all began—clean, crisp apple, as if reminding you of the choice you've made.Your journey has only begun.
In Genesis we read that among the garden two special trees were named
The Tree Of Knowledge Of Good And Evil, and The Tree Of Life.
One leads to Death and Destruction, The other eternal life.
Adam and Eve chose the way of disobedience and death, and left the tree of life behind.
often times we face the same decisions in our lives. Someone just cut you off in traffic, or they were rude to you at a restaurant, or they didn't act in the way you expected that they should. How will you react? The choice is yours, do you choose to react in anger because your in the right? Or do you chose to forgiveness that brings about life?

smooth and refreshing yet crisp. This Cider has notes of citrus with a slight aroma of fresh apple that is perfect for enjoying a lazy summers day.
[Gen 3:1 NIV] 1 Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the LORD God had made. He said to the woman, "Did God really say, 'You must not eat from any tree in the garden'?"
As the story continues we read that Adam and Eve were deceived by the serpent, and so being cut off from the garden and eternal life. But in one of the first prophecies God made a plan for redemption and reconciliation.
[Gen 3:15 NIV] 15 And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel."
The passage points to a future offspring who will ultimately destroy the serpent. That offspring was born over 2000 years ago in Bethlehem, we know him as Jesus Christ (The Anointed One).
